Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This privacy policy explains how personal data is collected, used and protected when you visit pulsemasters.fr (the "Site"), in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French data protection law.
1. Data Controller
The data controller for the data collected on the Site is Pulse Masters (Hugo), hybrid mastering studio based at 150 Rue Saint-Maur, 75011 Paris, France. For any question regarding your personal data, you can contact us at: [email protected].
2. Data We Collect
The Site collects personal data only when you voluntarily fill out the contact form on the homepage. This includes: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, and the content of your message. The Site does not collect any other personal data and does not use any tracking or analytics cookies.
Technically, the contact form transmits your data via the third-party service Web3Forms, which forwards it to our email address. Web3Forms has its own privacy policy, available at web3forms.com. No data is stored on a server under our direct control.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Data submitted via the contact form is used exclusively to respond to your request, discuss a mastering project with you, and establish a business relationship where applicable. This processing is based on your consent, given at the moment you send the message, as well as on our legitimate interest in responding to contact requests.
4. Sharing Your Audio Files
As part of a mastering service, your audio files may be shared via the third-party platform Samply. Use of this service is subject to its own privacy policy, available at samply.app. Pulse Masters has no control over data processing carried out by Samply beyond the scope of the service provided.
5. Data Recipients
Your personal data is intended exclusively for Pulse Masters and is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with technical service providers (Site host, Web3Forms, Samply) strictly to the extent necessary to provide the service.
6. Data Retention
Data submitted via the contact form is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, and, in the event of a business relationship, for the duration of that relationship plus any legally required retention periods (in particular for accounting and tax purposes).
7. Hosting
The Site is hosted by OVHcloud, whose headquarters are located at 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.
8. Cookies
The Site does not use any tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. No cookie consent is therefore required to browse the Site.
9. Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal data. You can exercise these rights by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), the competent supervisory authority in France (www.cnil.fr).
10. Security
Pulse Masters implements reasonable measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
